Alexandra McMaster, Dancer

Alexandra McMaster (Class of 2013) left Loreto College at the end of Year 9 to commence her full-time classical training at the Australian Ballet School. Alexandra accepted an invitation to continue her classical training at Queensland Ballet’s pre-professional year with Li Cunxin. Unfortunately, Alexandra was only in Queensland for a few months before leaving due to a serious ankle injury, resulting in surgery.

After 18 months of slow rehabilitation, Alexandra commenced intense classical coaching with Janine McGrath. Alexandra completed her pre-professional training at the renowned John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart, Germany and graduated in July with an Advanced Diploma of Dance.

Alexandra commenced her professional ballet career in France during 2017.
