Antoinette Hayden Library

The Antoinette Hayden Library is located in one of the most beautiful positions in the College and is one of our most popular and busy learning areas. Overlooking Lake Wendouree, the huge expanse of glass windows provides a perfect backdrop for reading, researching, teaching and creative collaboration.

The Careers Office

The Careers Office is located in the Library. The Careers support staff and a constantly evolving and inspiring Careers Hub are both located in the Library to support our students in their future study and career decisions.

Careers Staff:
Careers and VET Coordinator - Jodie Howlett is available Monday - Friday
Careers Officer - Michelle Shannon is available Tuesday - Thursday.

Opening hours are the same as the Library and students can make appointments via Loreto Ballarat Careers (https://www.loretoballaratcareers.com) or drop in to the Careers Team office before school, at recess, lunchtime or after school to discuss subject selection, VETDSS programs, university/TAFE courses, residential accommodation, scholarships etc.

The Makers Space

The Makers Space is located in the library. This is a dedicated area for our students to extend their curiosity and creativity with 3D printers, robotics and technology.

ICT Support and Helpdesk

The ICT (Information, Communications and Technology) Support Team and Helpdesk are located in the Library. The ICT Support Team and Helpdesk provide critical management and support to our entire College network and operating systems as well as general computer and laptop helpdesk support.
