HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER | Full Time | The HR Manager is responsible for proactively partnering with College leaders across the full spectrum of Human Resource Management including workforce planning, performance and management, employee relations, HR compliance, policies and procedures, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement and change.  For the position description click here.

HEAD OF ROWING | Fixed Term | The Head of Rowing will lead and manage the Rowing Program which is an integral part of the College’s overall sporting program. Our Rowing club consists of over 80 students and a supportive parent community, where the focus is on participation in the pursuit of excellence as a whole club.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching, managing, programming and execution of all training sessions for all rowing crews; mentoring, training, and managing rowing staff; coordination of the rowing calendar and overseeing maintenance of rowing equipment and facilities. The Head of Rowing will also be responsible for talent identification and contributing to building the profile of our rowing program ensuring the College's values are embedded and promoted within the sport. ROWING COACHES | Volunteer Expressions of Interest | We have opportunities available for enthusiastic and experienced Rowing Coaches to work across all year levels of the programs. You will work closely with the Head and Lead Coaches, to coach, mentor and contribute to the school's rowing program.
