Octobmaddieer 5, 2016 was World Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, a day to create a powerful voice for people with cerebral palsy, and a more inclusive community that understands the everyday challenges they face.

Year 8 student Maddison Fogarty won first place in her drama and speech section at the Royal South Street Competitions, and then blew the audience away with her rendition of this speech at the Loreto College Arts Festival last month. Now The Murdoch Childrens Research Institute has shared Maddie’s inspirational speech with the world. We are so proud of you Maddie!!
